Researched Photographers | Jordan Matter

 My final photographer is Jordan Matter who incorporates the idea of dance out of the context. I  like how he could be incorporated in my work as backstage because he looks at dancers behind there they usually would be. His work is really colourful and has some lovely composition. Some of just feet and some of whole people.

 

When analysing Matters work I think something that works really lovely is the same theme running though out, but also the shapes he gets in his work. I love the arch in this because the shadowing really adds a depth to the photo and it shows real height and gets in a lot of perspective. I also really like the straight leg on the dancer as it adds height to her already being so high up.
